Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using valorandbloom.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, or by purchasing, downloading, or signing up for any newsletter, program, handbook, guide, session, or service offered by Valor & Bloom, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Valor & Bloom is a sole proprietorship operated by Victoria Jung, based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Throughout this Policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Valor & Bloom and Victoria Jung. "You" refers to any visitor, client, or customer of the Site.

We offer Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) testing and protocols, preconception and couples mineral preparation (WombBloom), pregnancy and birth support services, digital handbooks and guides, and related educational content (collectively, the "Services").

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly — when you fill out an application, contact form, or checkout, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, age, location, and any health-related or personal information you choose to share about your circumstances, symptoms, or goals (for example, in the application questionnaire).

Payment information — when you purchase a program, session, or handbook, payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full credit card number; Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy and security practices.

Information collected automatically — like most websites, we may use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tracking pixels to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, general location, device type, and pages visited. This is used only in aggregate, to improve the Site and, where applicable, to show relevant ads on social platforms.

3. How we use your information

4. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, including:

5. Health-related information

Because our Services relate to wellness and mineral health, application forms and intake questionnaires may ask about symptoms, health history, or related topics. This information is used solely to assess fit for our programs and to personalize your protocol or session — it is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose beyond delivering our Services to you.

6. Cookies

The Site may use cookies — small files stored on your device — to remember your preferences and understand site traffic. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect some site functionality.

7. reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA on our application form to help detect and prevent automated spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and interactions with our Site for this security purpose. As of April 2026, Google acts as our data processor for this service, meaning we are responsible for how this data is used — solely for fraud, spam, and abuse prevention on our Site.

8. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing us (see Section 12), and we will do so unless we're required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

9. How we protect your information

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including SSL encryption on the Site and processing all payments through Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA)

As a Canadian business, we handle your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to:

11. Email communications (CASL)

In accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we only send commercial electronic messages (such as newsletters or promotions) to individuals who have provided express or implied consent — for example, by making a purchase or signing up for a guide. Every email includes a clear way to unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing us directly.

12. Your rights if you're in the European Union (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU, you additionally have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal information; withdraw consent to processing; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

13. Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

14. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (such as our Instagram or Facebook pages, or a payment processor). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date above.
